  • Eligibility for Exchange:
    Items can be exchanged only if returned in their original condition (e.g., sarees must have original folds intact).
    • Exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Exceptions:
    • Due to hygiene reasons, Jewelry and saree blouses are not eligible for exchange.
    • For ready-to-wear clothing, please refer to the size charts carefully to minimize returns.

Defective or Damaged Items
